Le Chat Noir today

Le Chat Noir (French for "The Black Cat") was a 19th-century cabaret, meaning entertainment, in the bohemian Montmartre district of Paris. It was opened on 18 November 1881 at 84 Boulevard Rouchechouart by the artist Rodolphe Salis, and closed in 1897 (much to the disappointment of Picasso and others who looked for it when they came to Paris for the Exposition in 1900). Its imitators have included cabarets from St. Petersburg (The Stray Dog) toBarcelona (Els Quatre Gats).

Perhaps best known now by its iconic Théophile-Alexandre Steinlen poster art, in its heyday it was a bustling nightclub — part artist salon, part rowdy music hall. The cabaret published its own journal Le Chat Noir. It began as a small, two room affair, but within three and a half years its popularity forced it to move into larger accommodations a few doors down. Salis most often played, with exaggerated, ironic politeness, the role of conférencier (post-performance lecturer, or Emcee). It was here that the Salon des Arts Incohérents (Salon of Incoherent Arts), the "shadow plays" and the comic monologues got their start.

According to Salis: "The Chat Noir is the most extraordinary cabaret in the world. You rub shoulders with the most famous men of Paris, meeting there with foreigners from every corner of the world."

Entry Fm France beli berkurun ari tu bulan March masa trip ke Disneyland hehehe. Ye laa kalo Qies letak sekali harung karang panjang berjela laa pulak kan, jemu lak asik tengok fm dari tempat yang sama aje, jadinye Qies masukkan sikit2 aje laa.

Antara fm yang hampir berlapuk tak dibuat entry, mana tak nye fm ni lama giler dah beli masa Qies gi road trips ke Nice & Monaco last February, sekarang nie dah Jun dah hahaha..jadinye kemungkinan yang terdahulu dari ni pun mungkin ada yang tak dibuat entry lagi.

Fm 210 ada Lavender yang mana Eze Village ni sinonim ngan gelaran "Lavender De Provence" sebab tak jauh dari Eze Village terdapat ladang penanaman Lavender dan di Eze Village banyak terdapat barangan berasakan lavender.

"Eze is one of the French Mediterranean coast between Nice and Monaco, situated village with 2957 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2007). It is located on a steep stretch of coastline and extends from Eze-sur-Mer at sea level on the picturesque village of Eze Village section (430 m above sea level. NN) to about 700 m height.

On the Middle Corniche (coast road) is Eze Village (altitude 430 m), with its narrow, traffic-free medieval streets. From the cactus garden offers a spectacular view of the cliffs and the Mediterranean. Here composed Friedrich Nietzsche to find in winter 1883/in 1884 a part of his epochal work Thus Spoke Zarathustra. Reminded of the "Sentier-Friedrich Nietzsche," which the philosopher has been often stay at his and he - the basis of which natural beauty - in his letters repeatedly praises. Today is the medieval city - like the entire Cote d'Azur - heavily influenced by tourism. Two luxury hotels, many boutiques and the coach tourism site is part of the originality of the lost. The perfumes of Grasse (Fragonard, Gallimard) maintain offices here.

Once a year "is Eze d'Antan place": the medieval Eze. Stands with medieval craftsmanship, serving of Met, the majority of local merchants and all manner of costumes of the time performances enable the visitor to centuries back."

Fm Disneyland Paris yang dah berkurun diperap lama tak lama gak ler 2 bulan jugak laa tak silap ada lagi lama dari ni yang Qies tak masukkan entry sebab tak jumpa gamba lagi satu malas nak snap balik ahaks, mujur bukan ikan idak dah bole jadi pekasam hehehe.. FM No 204 adalah landmark Disneyland Park iaitu Sleeping Beauty Chateu'. Fm No. 208 adalah logo terbaru Disneyland untuk tahun 2010, cantik dan berwarna-warni sangat ceria.

Kita tak yah ler tanya Tok Wi kali ni eik, biarlah Tuk tu berehat kejap bukan sikit yang mengunakan khidmat Tuk tu maklum ler Tuk tu kan fofuler hehe..lagipun semua orang kenal apa itu Disneyland kan...

Ni citer lapuk tapi baru nak wat entry, sorry le eik bebenornye memang banyak lagi fm yang tak dientrykan lagi, entah bila nak abih tak tau ler, adanya dah berbulan dapat pun tak masuk entry lagi hahaha...

Fm Cannes ni dirembat masa gi road trips ke Nice bulan Februari aritu, laa ni dah bulan April daa.. tak banyak fm Cannes dapat dirembat sebab tak de stok memang frust giler masa tu tapi nak wat camnekan so amik ajer ler yang mana ada dari tak de langsung ye tak.

Hasil kiriman ngan classmate hubby time dia gi tour europe. Sebenarnya banyak gak dia beli..tp sayang hanya 3 ketul aje yg terselamat...itupun sebab 3 ketul fm kiriman ditumpangkan kedalam beg member sorang lagi...beg dia kena snatch kat Spain...huhuhu sedihnye...tp kesian lagi kat dia sebab abih ilang wallet, pasport, b permit, duit dan yg paling sedey sekali...fm huhuhuhu...sadis giler...

Fm Paris....yes dapat gak cari....jenis 3d gak....ade member yang penah gi paris bagitau harga fm kat paris mahal giler bila dah convert ke RM....maklum ler nama pun kota paris...semuanye mahal yang murah pun jadi mahal...yang mahal bertambah2 ler mahal.....so kira puashati ler dapat seketul walaupun beli di key el...hehehe
